All of our components are semiconductor, like IR2110, IR1404, IGBT 80N60,160N60 from Fairchild Semiconductor and PIC16F716 from Microchip Technology Incorporated.
The start way of our inverter is soft start; it protects the inverter and its reliability. The highly accurate temperature control system ensure a sensitive working environment, it has a better effect than other inverters.
